We hosted the Killer Reunion Party and it was a complete success! I had never hosted a murder mystery party or had been to one before and was skeptical on purchasing the "right"one so that people would want to participate and that it wouldn't be a total flop! After shopping around for about a month, I decided on the Killer Reunion party and was nervous up until the start of the party that people would like it. EVERYONE LOVED IT!
We sent out the character descriptions in advance. Told everyone to come in costume. It was a huge success! I was so amazed how much people got into character and we are by far no where near the acting careers!! People are still talking about it!!
What made it great was the detailed character descriptions and the "secrets". They really made the game fun and surprising!! I would recommend doing this with a group that everyone knows each other-then you know when they are acting -which makes it even funnier!!
