Character Booklets

I purchased the Four Deuces and in the instructions it says their are character booklets AND confidential booklets.

I have confidential booklets for all the characters but I don't have character booklets for all the characters, only for two characters is that correct?

Am I looking at the wrong place? I checked all the docs I downloaded and I don't see anything only character names and they are all confidential booklets.

Can you tell me what you purchased and downloaded?

I beleive you are doing something very wrong there. You should have a folder with many folders within it. These will be titled:

Organizing
Character Backgrounds
Confidentials
Other Items
Weapon & Action Cards
Whodunit Items

Within these folders are other files.

Then there are other files at the root level. Host Guide, READ ME and Printing Instructions.

Make sure you always choose to SAVE the download file and not run it from the server. Otherwise, people just pull off some of the files. It sounds to me like you need to download the file again. And just so you know, if you downloaded the file to your computer, it is ALL there. It is not possible to only get a partial file. The file downloaded is a single compressed file, that extracts to nested folders.
