I purchased a game back in August and we were unable to download at that time. We decided to wait to do the game until our house was remodeled(that is now) and we cannot find it to print it out...HELP...what do I do because we already paid for it and we want to play it!!!!

After remodeling, we have not been able to find the receipt! Is there any way to help us...we have the card we used to purchase it. Is there a record kept of it so we can give you some kind of proof? Please help!!! Thanks so much!
