Pre-Party Question: Big Jim

I'm hosting my first MMP - Murder at the 4 Deuces - Nov 7th. Question - Does the person playing Big Jim know ahead of time that he's going to be done in? Can I discuss this with him pre-party, so we get our signals straight, etc? Thx for the help.
