I am doing The Santa Clause but I don't have enough males to fill the male main character roles. Can any of these be played by a female without dramatically altering the storyline - Badger, Chip, Chris, Inspector, Justin, Keene?

The only one of those who is a required character is the Inspector. You only need 5 males. Are you using the Guest List Worksheet to assign the characters? How many males do you have attending?
