I just got my game today and I was looking through the guest list worksheet and I saw that there are 11 red characters. I know that two of them will be murdered so that's down to nine but that's still one more than you said. Also the inquisitor is red and highlighted in grey. What does that mean. Sorry, I'm just a little confused.

If you read the Guest List Worksheet, you will see that 2 characters will die and you need to assign them characters to play after their untimely demise. It really helps if you read the instructions in the Guest List Worksheet. That will make everything much clearer.
