I purchased an add on pack for the 4 dueces. When I go online, I can not even add the add on as a new event and the add on characters don't show up in the main event, nor can I find a way to add them.

PLEASE HELP! I'm trying to do character assignment before the end of the week.

Due to the way the system is designed, it will only email characters from the main game. You will have to manually email the extra character booklets as an email attachment. If you have a box, contact us from your receipt and we will send you a link to get the character background booklets to email.
