Urgent! What is the strategy for Murdering another player?

Death by Chocolate
I'm not sure what the strategy is for murdering another player.
I know you must have a weapon, however.
How do I murder somebody? Do I just tell them?

Do the other players know I murdered the player? Do I keep it secret?

Do I keep the money and/or weapon of the person I murdered?

How do I choose who to murder?

What do I gain/lose by murdering another player?

Please read your background character booklet closely. This and some of your other questions are answered in athe section titled "To Commit Murder"

If you are fortunate enough to get a weapon card (there are only 4), then you can use it or choose to sell it to the highest bidder or offer to become an assasin for someone else. You only commit murder if you have a very good reason for doing so. It isn't as if you just go around killing people for the sake of it. If you do commit murder, why would you tell anyone, unless you want to get caught? My best advice is to assume the personality of your character and let them guide you. Don't do anything that is not realistic. How many people are going to kill someone and then tell everyone there, including an Inspector?
