:?: I have been really interested in hosting a murder mystery, and have finally found the perfect occasion to do so. The only problem though, is that one of our guests will only be 7 years old. Everyone else is between 20 and 60 years old, and they are all looking forward to the party, but I don't want the 7 year old to feel left out and bored. I've looked through most of the characters but they seem a little too mature for her, and the plots seem a little too complicated for her to understand. Are there any suggestions you could make about how I could incorporate her into the game?

My suggestion would be to purchase an extra character packet and let her play one of those characters. I would suggest that for any younger players, shy players or those that just don't want to participate. The extra character format allows the character to participate as much or as little as they wish. They could sit on the sidelines and not do a thing if they wanted and it would in no way hurt the game.
