I read in the host guide that Exhibit D goes to Carrie Crooner-Ravioli and Exhibit G goes to MeMe Wannabe. Does this get handed to them after the murder with their confidential packets or can they receive them along with their nametags, money etc?

They get them as they arrive along with their nametags and money. The page that tells you to give this to them has the header that says: Give these items to your guests as they arrive:

That means everything listed on that page needs to go to your guests when they arrive.
