Changing genders of characters

I was wondering would it be possible to change genders of characters if we have more guys going than girls or vice versa or even for same intimate relations couples?
One example i can think of is with myself and my partner. Could I be Don and change Madam Wannabe to a male, since I'm going to be the host?

Sorry I took so long. At the moment the forum is only answered occasionally, as our main means of support is phone and email.

The problem with this is that the characters are written out as these characters throughout the whole game in hundreds of places. The best way to do this would be to play a different gender. We have a LOT of people that play our games as the opposite gender than they are. Would you or your partner have an issue with playing Madam MeMe?
