If someone wants to improve Spanish check https://eurekly.com/subject/spanish. They have many native speakers of Spanish on their tutor list. Maybe one of them will be eager to learn English with you in turn. The website is very 'decent' (to put it in your words), it's a global tutoring platform with quite a number of different features including a special coordination system for tutors and learners living in different time zones (this might interest you in case you find a native living in Spain or in Latin America).

Thank you for the useful info! A few months ago I started learning Spanish, I was thinking about it for a long time, and when I got more free time, I finally did it. I took online courses, but I also do a lot of extra things to make the process quicker. For example, I use this dictionary https://tr-ex.me/translation/english-spanish/ to learn phrases. I like ut because there are also examples of sentences with those phrases, and it helps to understand where to use them faster.
