question about extra characters for 4 deuces

I ordered the extra 10 character packet for the 4 deuces. Is it only online or do I actually get the packet in the mail, or is it only online?
There is nothing when I ordered it that said exactly how I would receive it.
Do I get more fake money with the extra packets?

The download extra character packets are $10. The boxed ones are $20. Each of these also say Boxed or Download in the description. The download versions are only available in the Immediate Download category and the boxed versions are only available in the Boxed category. The boxed come with packaged game money. The downloaded have a sheet of money that has to be printed and cut up.
