How it started… Kate, birthday girl and Vicki Ravioli, was having a drink at my birthday party in February when she said “Jules you always throw the best parties, where do you come up with all the ideas? – I want one as special as this!â€

That was a great review Jules. But... it appears you did Four Deuces 2, not #1 
Texas Molly and Bugs Moron are in the second version, not the first. There is still no reason that you cannot do the first one next. Just call it the Prequel!
