invaild Win32 application error when opening certificates

Postby ladymagick » August 6th, 2007, 4:51 am

Hi, I downloaded the certificates twice and each time when I went to run it I got the invalid win32 error. Did I do something wrong or what? The certificates would really come in handy and I would like to get the problem sorted out.

These instructions should help you:

ERROR: "Invalid win32 application"
CAUSE: The download of the file did not complete.

Locate certificates.exe and delete it.
Open Internet Explorer
Go to Tools | Internet Options
Delete temporary internet files
Click OK
Close all Internet Explorer windows
Reopen Internet Explorer
Download the Certificates again

SAVE the file to your desktop.
Please add your initials to the beginning of the filename (ex: JScertificates.exe).
Once the save is complete, locate the .exe
Double click on the .exe file and follow the extraction steps
