Character descriptions?

I guess I was mistaken and thought when characters were assigned online, the participants were then sent information on their character, however no one has gotten anything. Is there anywhere on the site where they can see who they were assigned and read about their character?

I hope you contacted our customer service directly on this, as the forum is not answered as often. We have tested the system and it is working fine. It would be important to talk through everything step by step to be sure you are using the system correctly. Another troubleshooting step is to use the last form entry in the assignment form to send a character to yourself and see if that works.
