Advance Planning.

How early should I begin planning a Dinner and a Murder Mystery event? I am planning on play 4 dueces for New Year's Eve, and was wondering how far in advance I should do such things as send out invitations. And how much time is usually devoted to getting the game organized if I choose to download the game? I'm just really excited about getting to do this, so I want to start planning now, but then I'll have a whole two months to forget everything.

One more question, how long does it take for a boxed game to be shipped?

Boxed games are shipped by the next business day.

It is a good idea to allow at least 2 weeks, but even better if you have 4-6 weeks. That is just common for any party, it allows for better planning. The murder mystery end of things does not take extensive pre-planning. Just make sure people get their backgrounds in time to costume.

You might want to go ahead now and send out pre-invites to see who is coming. Our online RSVP system is very good for this if you have guests email addresses.
