Dinner and a Murder Refund and Shipping Policy
Electronic Download Product Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products there is no way for us to prevent a customer from using a kit after it has been downloaded to their computer, therefore we do not, under any circumstances, provide refunds on electronic product purchases. We track and record the IP of all purchases, downloads and times of downloads. If you have not attempted a download, then you are eligible for a refund.
Box upgrades are available for only $20 plus shipping in the event you change your mind and decide on a box.
Boxed and Shipped Product Refund Policy: We will refund box kits that are returned unused, with everything intact, postmarked within 7 days of your receipt. We will not refund the shipping charges, unless there was an error on our part. There is a 5% restocking charge to cover for our fees and labor involved in processing your order.
Shipping Policy: We reserve the right to ship your box by any method, as long as the arrival date is the same or sooner than the method you chose. We will ship the next business day for all US orders, except on weekends. International orders are shipped within 2 business days, as we need to schedule these pick-ups.
Weekends: There is no shipping on the weekends. Packages will not leave on the weekend or count toward the shipping time. IE: If you ordered a 3-day shipping package on Tuesday it would leave on Wednesday. The first full shipping day would be Thursday (would receive this day if Overnight shipping had been chosen). Shipping day 2 would be on Friday (would receive this day if 2-day shipping had been chosen). Day 3 would fall on Monday, as weekends are not shipping days. If you had ordered 3-Day shipping on Monday, then your package would leave on Tuesday and arrive on Friday.
