Assigning Extra Four Deuce Characters

Is there anyway to assign the extra characters via the online event management system? Or do I physically have to email/mail the character booklets to the extra character participants.

There is no way to assign extra characters through the rsvp system. You have to physically email them as an attachment through your own email system.
