Character Assignments... ??????

HI.

I have the Four Dueces, and I have many, many women wanting to attend. Guess I should have ordered the Death by Chocolate... nonetheless, some of my girlfriends are willing to play male roles.... and the guys are great! I'm wondering tho....

I have yet to fill 2 crucial male roles (inspector and al capone).... and then I've skipped sly sleaze, congressman, cash steal, and jack guiseppi. I know I NEED to fill the inspector and al's roles to have an functional evening.... but, is it okay that there's no congressman, sly, cash, or jack?
