Assigning Characters

As hosts of the Murder at the Four Deuces, do we need to be Don Wannabe & Madam Me Me. We wanted to paly minor characters & have already sent out the invites.

That is just fine. Of the 5 times I have had a 4 Deuces party, not once have I played the hostess. I have a couple that love playing the hosts at my parties. The first time I gave them the role of host they did such a great job. They greeted the guests and really pitched in with the hosting duties. It was great! They are now my permanent hosts
