Hosting and actually playing

Postby Nineve » May 19th, 2008, 6:51 pm

I was thinking of having my aunt host my party so that I can play along (it's for my birthday, so I don't want to be the one out of character). My question is this; Do I have to assign her a character or does the kit come with a special 'host character' or does she need a character at all? Also, are genders in some games 'flexible'? I'm inviting considerably more females than males and I've been toying with the idea of prehaps giving one of my more funny/flamboyant girlfriends (who probably wont mind) the role of Puck rather than the role of Tamera, who is the only female character I have left...

Hi Nineve,

The host can play the character that they feel fits them best or play none at all. That is up to the host. As far as your girlfriend, it would be best to play Tamara over Puck. But, you could give her Puck if you really think she would enjoy that part. I think Puck is attracted to a female there, but he won't act on it, so that could work.
